Refund & Cancellation Policy
Consultations
Consultations are free. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except for duplicate or failed transactions, which are refunded in full.
Store orders
You can cancel an order before it is shipped for a full refund. Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery; gemstones must be returned with their certificate. Energised or custom-made items cannot be returned.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Cash-on-delivery refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI.
